The seasonal positions have been formed in metro cities and others big cities as well, like Bengaluru and Hyderabad etc. To make Amazon online shop a great success and not to lack behind in any form they created most of the additional seasonal jobs and hired associates to give better and faster services during the great sale.

Both the rivalry companies Flipkart and Amazon.in spending a lot to expand their infrastructure and delivery capabilities. Amazon has invested USD 5 billion in the Indian market and the response is within as of now the Amazon has acquired a significant position in the Indian e-commerce market.
The main point of consideration here is – “Is it the right decision of Amazon to hire this much of peoples just on a temporary basis”. Temporary jobs can’t fulfil the issue of employment in any way. What about the workers after the seasonal sale? Is this much of hiring on just a temporary basis for a particular season is a correct decision?
A country like India needs employment on a full-time basis, not for just a season or any temporary base. This type of seasonal sale may or may not be organized by any company but what’s these type of seasonal jobs can fulfil the need of employment. If the company desire to hire people from this temporary employment how much they will hire. Instead of this, they should try to focus on some best alternate solution to the infrastructure and delivery types of issue.
